Where To Find Happiness?

Every time I think of being productive, I am unable to execute it. And this makes me feel low and helpless about myself. I am sure a lot of us are going through this phase.

Each one of us keeps wondering how to be happy all the time. Is it even possible to be cheerful every moment?  No, it is not. If the sun rises every morning, it has to set too. So, stop looking for things that supposedly will teach you how to be happy and stress-free. Just remember nothing is permanent. Everything that originates desists one day.

 

Here, you will not learn how to be happy and stress-free but will get a closure of where happiness is. And this will provide you with the right location of happiness so that you save some time and effort in your process of seeking to be happy.

 

GOOD RELATIONSHIPS
A person who has good relationships tends to be happy and cheerful. According to the Harvard study of adult development, the quality of relations dominates the number of connections that you maintain in your lifetime. It is necessary to surround yourself with the people you enjoy to stay. Hence happiness doesn’t lie in the paper notes that we call ‘ the money.’ It lies in the people in whom you find comfort and love.

 

YOU CAN, YOU CAN’T!
The majority of the human race has the habit of cribbing on things that you cannot achieve or perform, leading to a feeling of discontentment.

The thought of not being able to do something always hovers over your head. To shift your focus from what you can’t do to what you can is the strategy here because there is so much you can do. Hence, don’t waste energy feeling bad for yourself.

 

BE GRATEFUL
To be happy and cheerful, you need to acknowledge all the moments you have because each one of them comes with an opportunity. And if you are not able to grab in the present, then grasp the other. To do that is very simple. Stop, look, and go ahead. Analyze your situations carefully.

If you are grateful, you act out of a sense of enough and not out of a sense of scarcity.

 

EXPECTATIONS VS REALITY
The gap between your expectations and reality is what makes us feel dejected. You fire yourself with so many expectations that you leave the facts and truth behind. And when you do not meet what you expected, it shatters you from the inside.

For example, filters have replaced the real beauty of a human being. They make you look so gorgeous that with time, you are uncomfortable taking your pictures without a filter. It has kept you away from your reality which, cannot be changed. It is a bitter pill to swallow but accept it since it is the cure.

 

Stop praying for a life full of happiness and start praying to acquire the strength to cross all the hurdles of life. Whatever you try will not make your life like utopia. You will have sorrows throughout this journey.  Hence forget to look for solutions to how to be happy and stress-free. Prefer to practice the above ideas to actually deal with your problems.
